EnCommún is a small luxury brand. Items will be shipped within 2 days of the order being received. Custom made items, including chainmail pieces will ship within two weeks. We appreciate your understanding and support of our brand.

Free shipping within the US via UPS Ground

International Shipments will be charged a flat rate of $30.

Products being delivered to addresses outside of the US may be subject to duties and taxes billed by the destination country customs department. the recipient must bear any additional charges for customs clearance; we have no control over such charges and cannot predict what they may be. These fees are enforced by the destination country. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information.

EnCommún is not responsible for any fees charged by customs. If you decide to refuse any shipments from EnCommún, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, duties, taxes and customs charges that are incurred on both the original and returned shipment.  In this event, this amount will be deducted from your original payment. 


Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.


All returns must be postmarked within fifteen (15) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.


To return an item, please email customer service at to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.


After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
